My Past Workout

Here's what I did

Bench press 145 pounds for 12 reps
145 pounds for 10 reps
195 pounds for 4 reps


Cable crossovers

90 pounds for 12 reps, 12 reps, 12 reps

Incline bench press for for some reps can't remember how many.

And then I went on the treadmill for 35 minutes and burned 402 calories.
