Typically, atheists are seen as those that support science where everyone else [religious, spiritual] are seen as those that are oppose to science. I strongly disagree those who are oppose to science are those that have committed beliefs that they don't want to change no matter how strong the evidence is against their position.

Is Dualism Testable?

Of course dualism is testable and also falsifiable. The evidence that supports dualism in the form of substance dualism is very very strong, it's hard to see how educated professionals can go on denying the obvious facts. This is what this blog is all about letting the general public along with scientists know that their is overwhelming data for survival of bodily death and psi phenomena.

Keith Augustine's theory that near death experiences that just hallucinations brought on by a dying brain. It has many problems for example how does he theory account for people who blind in life can see when experiencing an out of body experience?. Also people born deaf can hear again when having an out of body experience as well. Also, the physiology of the brain completely works against his theory based on the fact that the cortex of the brain is no longer active in a lot of these cases. For, his case to work he would have to show that lower cortical processes in the brain can somehow take over the function of higher ones in cardiac arrest. However that has never happened. Yes their is no doubt their is undetected brain activity that can't be picked up by EEG however those have not been discovered in deeper areas of the brain that are not of the cortex part of the brain.



I am happy to say that I know some people have found some very good information on this blog of mine. So I will definitely continue this blog. Their has been a lot of things lately happening in my life, such as i went for an interview to get on a job program. Today i took a CAAT test to test my IQ. It was very fun to do.


If i get the job program it looks like i will indeed be much better off than i am now. Which is a very good thing for sure. I have lately been think a lot about the h1n1 vaccine and this shortage problem well i know i will definitely be getting the shot as well as the seasonal flu shot. Starting too see how of the christmas commericals on tv lately it is wonderful. I love christmas time it's my favorite holiday.

Is Their A Reason And Purpose For Why We Are Here?

I shall argue that with a yes, i'm sure materialists can come up with many reasons showing in their view that natural selection alone can explain life as we know it and can even account for subjectivity that we all have inside ourselves. I have no doubt that natural selection indeed plays a role in the evolution of our species. However i don't think it's the whole story, as we all have this inner subjective character to ourselves. This subjective character i will call the soul, is something in my view that has gone through cycles of change over a period of time. I think that if reincarnation is real which their is some good evidence that it maybe real, well then it could be that our souls are recycled when they go to the afterlife but the come back to physical reality. Common knowledge tells us that we appear to have free will, one simple observation of this is that the arm won't raise on its own, its up to me if that arm will raise or not.


Now you can ignore that observation by saying well that is the thing with the arm, somedays it will move and sometimes it won't. But the fact that moves up and down, that it's up to me if the arm will go up or not.


I'm sure to a point that materialists are right when they say that religion has been here to control people. But any system of belief can control people if it's allowed the means to do so. That is why i try to follow the evidence, instead of a system of belief that i know will possibly either brainwash me or control me. I thought you find it uplifting and gives you reason to open your mind and see reality as marvelous and that their truly is a reason and purpose for why we are all here.

Very Mad And Sad

Well I was just chatting to a girl, that I have feelings for and got my heart stopped on. You told me, that she has gotten engaged to a guy and is possibly pregnant. I got very upset and took her off my yahoo messenger friend's list. She used me the nice guy. She said by possibly feb of 2009, she would visit me and that was the plan. Now, she has gone back on that promise too.


It's bad enough that my family is going through hell right now. But to have someone I had feelings for tell me that's she engaged and possibly pregnant with another guy. It has my blood boiling.

Things Are Pretty Bad

My father is getting panic attacks bad ones. He panics about almost everything. he is on new medication that hopefully will help him. I still get the odd panic attack myself, i found that counselling was the best medicine. My brother Tommy is also going through some tough times, such as his two kids he made with a girl named Melissa. Well she's got custody of them but now my brother does get partial custody to see his kids, which is good. One of the kids has autism, my my mother and father told my brother that he should be in a special school.

A song by acdc called who made who got me thinking I mean think about life was there someone who turned the screw? I would say their is god[cosmic consciousness]. We have to ask ourselves had did we get here? The big bang theory says we came from the void but how can something come from nothing? Of course nothing can coming from nothing materialists have propose that two universes called branes colliding with eachother causing a big explosion called the big bang. However there is a big problem and that is the universe looks to be very fined tuned.
