Any good theory can be falsified by repeated experiments, Super Psi appears to have been falsified based all thousands and thousands of experiments producing weak psi effects inside a laboratory setting. I know Dean Radin still believes that psi could be a function of the brain therefore leaving the door open to Super Psi and also satisfying the materialists who won't accept the evidence for psi until there is a strong psi effect.
Knowing that psi is weak in a laboratory setting greatly strengthens the case for survival of bodily death but also appears to verify that it's the better hypothesis out of the two. If it was shown that strong psi existed into a laboratory setting at least a lot of the time this would falsify the survival hypothesis therefore making super psi the better hypothesis.
However that isn't what is happening it's time for Dean Radin along with other parapsychologists who think there is better evidence for psi among the living to accept the fact that the evidence is based on weak effects which therefore doesn't account for the evidence in support of the survival hypothesis. That however doesn't mean i think psi doesn't exist i do think psi phenomena exist but not super psi. The survival hypothesis predicts that psi will be commonly weak and this is the outcome been consistently occuring. So what do you think which is better supported the survival hypothesis or the super psi hypothesis?.

Fear From Mainstream Science and Religion About The Overwhelming Evidence For Psi and Survival
So what is the fear among religionists first, well one is that getting into mediumship is met to be communicating with demons. Which is not true but they see as the work of satan. Now let's get to the fear among mainstream scientists that they would have adjust the laws of physics, and the worldview itself to either a dualistic one or idealism. It has been shown that evidence in support of an afterlife can be objectively looked at, that is why the argument that is used by skeptics that you cannot gather scientific evidence for an afterlife is false. Now let's get to psi phenomena yes the results are very weak however are persistent and won't go away. This is consistent to with the survivalist interpretation because if psi is very weak which experiments have shown though robust makes super psi more unlikely to account for survival evidence.

Philip The Imaginary Ghost
In the year of 1972 the Society for Psychical Research invented a imaginary spirit called philip and provided him with a history. It wasn't too long before they started to hear from Philip. The proponents of "Super Esp" believed this particular case supported the existence of "Super Esp". A good counter argument to this it could of been a low- level spirit.
Allan Kardec book in 1872 called "The Book of Mediums". Here is a comment he had to say about it possibly being a low-level spirit.
“Invoke a stone and it will answer you. There is always a crowd of spirits ready to speak for anything….If you invoke a myth, or an allegorical personage, it will answer; that is, it will be answered for, and the spirit who would present himself would take its character and appearance. Rebuttal To Keith Augustine's Look At The Tests Done By Ian Stevenson
Here is what Keith says
The late Robert Thouless, former President of the Society for Psychical Research, developed a test of survival where a message is encrypted in such a way that it can only be decoded by key words known only to one who has died (Stevenson 114). Thouless set up three encrypted messages for himself, hoping to communicate the key words which would decode his messages to his colleagues after his death through a medium. Though the first cipher he proposed was cracked a few weeks after he published it, neither of the other two ciphers were broken during his lifetime, providing a rare opportunity for parapsychologists to produce truly compelling evidence for survival of bodily death. The key to one of the remaining ciphers (a replacement for the cracked key) was a simple two-word key; the key to the other was a roughly 100-word literary passage. The literary passage key, though long, could be obtained simply by relaying the title of the book, the location of the passage in that book, and a couple of words from the beginning of the passage (Oram 118).
Under the advice of Ian Stevenson, Thouless also transposed the first six letters of his two-word key into numbers using a published table in order to reset a combination lock to those numbers (Stevenson 114). Unlike Thouless' encrypted message tests, the combination lock test requires the entire key to be known to unlock it and gives no hints that one is coming close to hitting the key by making near-misses, thus ruling out the possibility that one could narrow down his options for a key by repeated attempts to unlock the combination lock (115). Stevenson has reported that the odds of hitting the right key for a combination lock test purely by chance are 1 in 125,000 (115).
When Thouless died in 1984 roughly one hundred candidates for a key were submitted to the Society for Psychical Research, some of which came from mediums, but none of them were able to decipher any of Thouless' encrypted messages (Stevenson 114). However, in 1995 James Gillogly successfully decoded one of Thouless' messages using the two key words "black beauty" generated by a computer program he wrote[8] which yielded the message: "This is a cipher which will not be read unless I give the key words". The discovery of Thouless' two-word key was further confirmed when Stevenson used his table to transpose "BLACKB" back into numbers which unlocked Thouless' combination lock (115).
The flaw in Thouless' test which allowed it to be deciphered was his use of common words for a key that could easily be cross-checked by a computer program designed to form two-word combinations from all the entries in a typical dictionary (Oram 116). Incredibly, the parapsychologist Arthur Oram has come to the credulous conclusion that the repeated failures of mediums to come up with a key that will successfully unlock Thouless' encoded messages despite numerous tests is due to the inability of the deceased Thouless to remember the simple keys 'on the other side'! (Although the deceased Thouless could apparently remember who Oram was and other similar facts) (Oram 117). A simpler explanation for these failures is that Thouless could not communicate the key words because he had not in fact 'survived' his death and thus was not in contact with Oram through the mediums. To his credit, Oram does concede this point:
It seems fair to assume that if [the mediums] were in effective touch with Thouless they would either be given the key or an explanation that [and why] he cannot remember or cannot communicate the key ... [A] considerable number of people have felt that they have been in touch with Thouless and some of them have felt that rather deeply, including at least one whose submitted key was of a wrong form [italics mine] (117).
Regarding Thouless' simplest test Oram reports: "There are no instances in our records of anyone getting the two-word key even partially correct" (118). Other similar direct tests of the survival hypothesis have also yielded negative results: attempts to obtain postmortem Thouless' literary passage key to his remaining message, J. Gaither Pratt's mnemonic key to his combination lock, and T. E. Wood's key to his enciphered message have all been unsuccessful (Stevenson, et al, 329-334). Oram succinctly characterizes the state of the experimental evidence for survival from mediumship: "We can only be sure of two facts relating this research; one is that work has been done to try to get the keys through mediums and the other fact is that we have not obtained the keys" (Oram 118).
My response: Apparently, deceased Thouless could remember Oram and other similar facts. Now Keith says even though that is so the simpler explanation would be because he didn't remember the simple keys would be that he didn't survive his death. But their are certainly more explanations then that. One explanation would be that he was not communicating with thouless at all but some other entity and was being deceived by this entity. To me the explanation that another entity who pretended to know Oram is more plausible than the explanation that Thousless didn't survive death. Why? because apparently this entity knew Oram, did Oram ask this entity if he could know anything that thousless would know when he was alive?. According to Oram this entity just knew him. So what we have hear is no confirmation that this was indeed Thousless or some other entity pretending to be Thouless.
Of course Keith doesn't mention in his essay the case against immortality, strong evidence that apparently point to survival. Such as the cross correspondences, another is the r-101 case, the book tests, newspaper tests, along with Ian Stevenson's 21 best cases for reincarnation etc.

Common Objections To The Survival Hypothesis
1. "Their is no such thing as life after death"
Reply: First, you have to demonstrate that their isn't. If you don't demonstrate that their isn't then it's your opinion".
2. " Life after death can't be tested scientifically"
This is not true, many psychical researchers have investigated cases that are supportive of the survival hypothesis. Also their has been experiments done to test the survival hypothesis. For example the cross corrspondences, the book tests, the newspaper tests, the proxy sittings, etc.]
3. "Mind is so dependent on the brain that mind cannot exist without the brain"
This is not true, it only seems true if you take the production theory that mind is produced by the brain. The alternative to that would be the transmission theory or filter theory. This view is compataible with psi phenomena and survival of consciousness after death.
4. " Psychics and mediums are out to make money of gullible people, they don't communicate with the dead, they are using cold reading, hot reading and warm reading".
True in many cases but not in all cases.

The Implications Of The Empirical Evidence For Survival
Obviously the implications are huge, I have often pondered the implications of it. Of course their are still materialists who say the evidence can be explained away by natural explanations. For those you believe that, I think they should consider doing some research on experts in afterlife research. Then conclude for or against survival. One of the most often problems materialists have is, they say that they have researched the evidence for survival. But the fact is when you start talking to them, you soon find out that they haven't bother to research the evidence.
Could survival after death not be true?. Of course, that is certainly is something worth considering. What we deal with in science anyways is probability not facts. So with that I would conclude the probability is far greater of survival being true, then not true.

How would we show that?. Well one is through further investigation. We shouldn't rule out transmission theory because it is complicated, or write it off as an apriori.

For example, Benjamin Libet's finding that brain activity precedes a conscious decision, which is routinely presented by sceptics, in their dull way, as 'another nail in the coffin for dualism' (Blackmore, Dying to Live, p. 237), and which of course is open to contrary interpretations, as Libet himself pointed out. Wilder Penfield's experimental findings on the neurological basis of memory is also used by sceptics in an anti-dualist sense which Penfield himself did not endorse.

Survival After Death Or Oblivion?
Keith Augustine in his article the case against immortality. He says the evidence for survival and psi is very weak compared to the evidence produced in neuroscience. Well true of course neuroscientific evidence is stronger however does it really support the view that consciousness is an emergent property of the brain. I would say no one of the data points Keith Augustine mentions a lot is the brain split experiments which don't really show two conscious streams of consciousness.

According to more than one author, the theory of two conscious minds seems incompatible with the over-all unity of mental functioning shown in split-brain patients outside the experimental (split-brain) setting. This unity would not be explainable through the dominance of one hemisphere and it would include complex motor skills such as playing the piano that involve the active participation of both the cerebral hemispheres. As Wolfgang Gasser formulates it nicely: "Cutting the lines of communication between the two sides of a brain (split brain patients) has incredibly few consequences. Primarily it is the soul which continues maintaining the coordination of the two sides." The unity of behavior after splitting the brain is even observed in non-human mammals, which in flagrant moral contradiction with the fact they are 'sacrificed' for research clearly suggests they are substantial selves just like humans.
Also in general, we already know that there are complex non-conscious or subconscious cognitive processes and that they may have a strong impact on behavior. Therefore, it is more parsimonious to explain split-brain phenomena by such known processses than to prefer an exotic new theory of the creation of two conscious minds by the severing of the corpus callosum, just for the sake of debunking radical substance dualism.

Are The Materialist's Right I would Say No
I a lot of times wonder if the materialist's are right and that their is no meaning in life, no afterlife, no free will, no god. But when I look at the evidence and my own personal experiences I see that the evidence does in fact point towards the above mentioned things.
Then when all natural explanations are ruled out
Currently, there are three prevailing theories regarding non-physical consciousness:
1. Survival of Consciousness — there is life after death and some recognizable part of our consciousness goes on to live beyond the body and talk to mediums.
2. Super-Psi — the medium retrieves the information using clairvoyance, precognition, and/or telepathy (collectively called “psi”) with the living.
3. Psychic Reservoir — all information since the beginning of time is stored somehow and somewhere in the universe and mediums are accessing that cosmic store rather than communicating with the deceased.
Their still is psychic reservoir theory and super psi theory. That could explain away all the evidence for survival however it appears now the evidence has tilted in favor of survival.
Now here comes the big questions
1. How long do we survive for? I would say that time does not exist so the afterlife goes on for forever.
2. Is the afterlife a dream like reality or a real reality? I ain't sure on that one could be a real reality.
3. Are spirits made up of a different type of energy and matter? I would say they are

3. Psychic Reservoir — all information since the beginning of time is stored somehow and somewhere in the universe and mediums are accessing that cosmic store rather than communicating with the deceased.
Their still is psychic reservoir theory and super psi theory. That could explain away all the evidence for survival however it appears now the evidence has tilted in favor of survival.
Now here comes the big questions
1. How long do we survive for? I would say that time does not exist so the afterlife goes on for forever.

The case of Al Sullivan: Al was a 55 year old truck driver who was undergoing triple by-pass surgery when he had a powerful NDE that included an encounter with his deceased mother and brother-in-law, who told Al to go back to his to tell one of his neighbors that their son with lymphoma will be OK. Furthermore, during the NDE, Al accurately noticed that the surgeon operating on him was flapping his arms in an unusual fashion, with his hands in his armpits. When he came back to his body after the surgery was over, the surgeon was startled that Al could describe his own arm flapping, which was his idiosyncratic method of keeping his hands sterile.
2. The case of the Chinese woman: The author Maggie Callanan in her 1993 book, Final Gifts, wrote about an elderly Chinese woman who had an NDE in which she saw her deceased husband and her sister. She was puzzled since her sister wasn't dead, or so she thought. In actuality, her family had hid her sister's recent death from her for fear of upsetting her already fragile health.
3. The case of Pam Reynolds:This is reported by Michael Sabom in his book Light and Death. Pam Reynolds underwent a very risky operation to remove an aneurysm from her brain, in which her brain was drained totally of its blood so that the doctors could clip off the swollen blood vessel. During this procedure, Pam had a deep NDE in which she saw all of the details of the operation and later reported on it with complete accuracy, even though she was "dead" by usual criteria (no heartbeat or respiration, and a flat EEG) for much of it.

The evidence for survival after death conflicts with christianity and also mainstream science
How? well first the new testament says that we are a soul we don't have a soul also there is nowhere in it where it says we have an immortal soul. It says that all people, die and lay in the ground until judgement day when then they will be risen from the ground. Evidence from near death experiences, out of body experiences and many other areas of evidence make this idea false.
Also mainstream science has the view that mind equals brain function so here christians and mainstream scientists agree that we cease to exist when we die. Is it true? or is there an alternative not just an alternative but one that fits the evidence that has been gathered for over 100 years yes there is it is from reliable evidence such as the cross correspondences, reincarnation evidence, the newspaper and book tests. This evidence points strongly to the view that we have an immortal soul but not just humans but all species are likely to transition over to the afterlife realms where conditions are much better.
I have talk a lot i know about the evidence for the survival hypothesis but i believe it needs to be stress that it has significant role in the foundation of all living things on this planet. The implications are enormous.
