Also I went to the gym yesterday here's what I did

Flat bench press 185 pounds for 10 reps, 225 pounds for 5 reps, 4 reps
Incline bench press 125 pounds for 10 reps, 145 pounds for 8 reps
Flat dumbell press 55 pounds for 8 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps

Tricep pushdowns 105 pounds for 10 reps, 115 pounds 10 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps
